If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time unlocks and to the first billing period of a new subscription.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your receipt email, or email us at hello@ncide.app and we will assist you.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
